PaperDolls Fashion Boutique is privately-owned and operated in Upper Marlboro, MD. Since opening in 2016, we’ve treated every customer like they were a part of our family. Other boutiques may offer similar services, but PFB comes with a personal touch. We believe in fashion and setting our customers apart once they hit the scene.

What does it mean if my item is a"Pre-Order"?
You can place an order for items before they are launched in the store. Pre-ordered items have a waiting period before shipping which is disclosed in the product description. All pre-orders MUST be paid in full at the time of reservation. Shipping dates are ESTIMATED and may change depending on the vendor. When can I expect my items to ship?
All in stock orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday-Friday. Orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service with a FLAT RATE of $9.00. If you would like expedited service, please email us email@example.com.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email.
PaperDolls Fashion Boutique does NOT offer refunds of any kind but will EXCHANGE an item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached within seven (7) days of delivery. Customer(s) is responsible for all returned shipping costs. PaperDolls Fashion Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return if the item is damaged, worn, a final sale item or returned after the 7th day. Sale and reduced priced items are FINAL with NO option to exchange or return. NO EXCEPTION.
